From the vast barren lands of Sahara in Africa and Great Amazon Forest of South America to the frozen lands of Ice and Tropical regions of our world,Nature heals our wounds and provides a sigh of relief in our depressing moments. Are we really aware of it or just take it for granted?

What does it really mean to heal from the Nature?

Well, we all acknowledge the fact that sometimes it is easy to calm our nerves by visiting some hilly station or just wander wildly in heavy showers for a moment of joy. To get the most out of natural wonders we must develop a more cohesive relation with our environment. We all are owed to nature in one way or another. At times, we take a great leap forward to make our leisure time worth remembering.

I should mention a story of a person of my acquaintance who was in a deep depression but somehow managed to get along with his mates on a vacation. Surprisingly, on return he was a completely different individual altogether. I wondered what has happened in a duration of a week that has boosted up his morale and put him on the positive side of the life. He shared his experience that there was nothing more relaxing than the mountains, lakes and the soothing environment of sunset and the sunrise. He was energetic and full of zeal with a positive outlook towards life. It compelled me to write about the untouched portion of our Nature.

Many psychologists have been observed saying that Nature is the best healer and the human mind is seen operating at optimum level when they are exposed to calm and relaxing waves of nature.

Nature and the Climate Change: a wakeup call for all not just environmentalists

Changing wind patterns and severe weather conditions are causing both havoc for infrastructure and human life. We, the human beings, are the major contributors to devastating floods and hurricanes and natural disasters because beneath all these calamities lies the fundamental problem of excessive use of fossil fuels and insecure habits which led to depletion of ozone layer and increasing Carbon dioxide levels in our atmosphere. In last two decades, we have suffered a loss of billions in infrastructure arena and the psychological impact on our lives is beyond any description. Recent wild fires in Greece, Spain and Hawaii and El Nino effect which led to irregular patterns of high temperatures and severe weather conditions.

Our statemen must collaborate at multilateral forums such as COP conferences to commit themselves to preserve our Nature not only because it is preserving us but also it is a natural healer to our thousands of untold miseries and misfortunes.

Nature and Humans: an Inevitable Embrace

Human life is the best physical manifestation of Nature.

From toddling kid to ambitious young man who tends to undertake various tasks simultaneously, we see a link with nature in how we grow and empower ourselves like tall trees who begin with humble beginning and end up being at the foresight of nature lovers. When we are competing and struggling to get something done for the very first time we recall birds flock who flew thousands of miles but when they first start to flex their tiny wings they found themselves at the same position where a small kid finds himself when he tries to maintain balance in his walk or when he first speaks .

Same is the case of different seasons. Summer brings with it the energy and the time to maximize our efforts in every aspect of our life. While, Spring resonates with the new openings, new engagements and exciting patterns of inter personal relations.

Winter resembles more with the aging human beings who find less charm in lives and just try to pass the last moments of their lives peacefully and calmly.

Autumn, on the flip side brings two contrasting features. One one hand it pays tribute to those who led this long beautiful life and are departing for next world and also welcoming warmly the new comers who are yet to face this tumultuous yet memorable world.
